With almost 20 years of experience in telecoms and cloud services, Trevor brings a mix of deep industry knowledge, hands-on technical passion, and a clear vision for innovation. Before COTU, he held senior roles at BT Wholesale and Sycurio, working across the channel — always with partners, and always drawn to the intersection of technology, product strategy, and partner success. Since joining COTU, Trevor has thrown himself into every corner of the business, from shaping product direction and growing partnerships, to getting hands-on with technical solutions to delight customers. Outside of work, Trevor's a self-confessed tinkerer — splitting his downtime between DIY projects around the house and garden, and experimenting with the latest tech. An avid runner, he has spent the last 5 years running nearly every day — with a streak of 1,000 days in a row at one point, and a recent highlight of completing his first (maybe last!) ultramarathon.

AJ has over 40 years' experience in telecommunications, SaaS and customer experience technology, with a proven track record of helping technology businesses accelerate growth through strategic leadership, channel development and commercial transformation. As Chief Revenue Officer at COTU, he is responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, expanding its partner ecosystem and helping customers unlock greater value through conversation intelligence, compliance and AI-powered solutions. Throughout his career, AJ has held senior executive roles across high-growth technology businesses, successfully scaling revenue, building high-performing commercial teams and leading organisations through periods of transformation. He believes in developing strong partnerships, delivering measurable business outcomes and helping organisations turn customer interactions into a competitive advantage. AJ is also passionate about English Cricket, Welsh Rugby and Pétanque!

Al built his career in telecommunications over the past 15 years, combining hands-on technical expertise with extensive channel sales experience. Starting as a data cabling engineer, he moved into sales in 2008 before specialising in the reseller channel, supporting partners with WLR and PBX solutions. Today, he brings a practical, commercially focused approach to helping COTU partners grow their businesses and deliver greater value to customers. Al is working towards his black belt in kickboxing, is a keen spin enthusiast and volunteers at his local youth club.

Farah brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with extensive expertise in technical support, engineering and customer engagement. At COTU, she uses her deep industry knowledge to help customers implement and maximise communication solutions that deliver real business value. Beginning her career as a technical trainer, Farah quickly progressed into engineering and deployment roles, gaining accreditations across leading platforms including Samsung, Avaya, Panasonic, Horizon and Wildix. Her ability to combine technical excellence with clear, customer-focused communication has made her a trusted advisor to both colleagues and clients throughout her career. Passionate about innovation and service excellence, Farah is committed to helping businesses achieve secure, reliable and effective communications. In her spare time, Farah enjoys mentoring students through her work with local schools, has rediscovered her passion for dance, and loves reading literature and poetry.

Connor is a commercially focused technology professional with over 10 years' experience across presales, customer service leadership and technical support. As Presales Specialist at COTU, he works closely with customers and partners to understand business challenges, design tailored solutions and demonstrate how technology can deliver measurable outcomes. Before joining COTU, Connor led customer service operations, driving service excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. His career began in technical support, where he built a strong foundation in troubleshooting, systems support and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the technology, education and healthcare sectors. Combining technical expertise with commercial insight, Connor is passionate about helping organisations solve complex challenges and maximise the value of their technology investments. Connor is passionate about staying active, regularly swimming and hitting the gym to keep fit. He's an avid padel player who enjoys the fast-paced, social side of the sport. A dog lover at heart, Connor also enjoys long walks with his dog Rex, making the most of the outdoors.
